HISTORY
The history starts from the ground up, the apartments find themselves on piece of ground called Schmittaboda, which colloquial meaning is “iron mongers ground”, which in Austria has very traditional significance.
“Schmittaboda” stems back to the 1900 when the Blacksmith would have been the sole owner of the most important equipment in the villages. This equipment would have been relied upon to support many families needs on a day to day basis. In 1980 the apartments “Schmitta” were built and have been providing a first class service to our guest for the past 30 years.
In 2009 schmitttaboda will be renovated with a complete new modern design and name “Ischglliving.”
We hope that “Ischglliving” will offer the same first class service as our guest have come accustomed to over the last thirty years.
